The Workshop is overThe 2010 Winter Workshop has ended. This page will not be updated until Autumn 2011, when details of the 2011 Winter Workshop will be posted. Winter Workshop - String OrchestraThis part of the Winter Workshop is hosted by the Piccolo Strings Orchestra for developing string musicians. Violin, viola, cello and double bass players up to grade 2 level are welcome. We encourage more advanced musicians to join the symphony orchestra part of the workshop. Timetable
Conductor - Rosemary EvenhuisRosemary conducts the school orchestra and teaches strings at Ogilvie High School, Hobart. She has played bass with the TSO, cello with the Hobart Chamber Orchestra and plays viola da gamba in her spare time. Rosemary also conducted the Preludio Strings Junior Orchestra at the 2009 and 2010 Residential Summer String Camps. Past workshopsPictures from the 2009 workshop are on this photos page.
