Friday 10th
5pm: Registration Opens in Dining Room (see map below)
Park in Main Car Park (one way traffic)
Room Allocation happens at Registration – you will have time to drive to your car park and unpack before:
6pm: Evening Meal
If you will be running late and would like your meal saved for you please email apply@lyco.org.au or phone 0415084644 on the night
7pm: First Orchestra Rehearsal in Stadium
Sunday 12th
1-2pm: Open Rehearsal in Stadium (invite your family and friends!)
2-3pm: clean up and leave
